These Terms and Conditions govern your interaction with Talentele’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and related services. By submitting your information to Talentele through any channel — including our website, phone, walk-in, or social media — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Acceptance of Terms
By providing your personal information to Talentele for the purpose of course inquiry, enrollment, or any other service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy.
- Use of CRM System
Talentele uses a CRM system to manage student inquiries, leads, enrollment records, follow-ups, payment tracking, and communication history. This system is used solely for internal management purposes and to improve the quality of our services to students and prospective learners.
- Data Submission and Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when submitting inquiries or enrolling in any course. Talentele is not responsible for any service disruption, miscommunication, or delay caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
- Communication Consent
By submitting your contact details through our website, inquiry form, walk-in registration, or any other medium, you expressly consent to being contacted by Talentele via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, and email for the purposes of course information, follow-ups, enrollment assistance, promotional offers, and placement updates. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting us at info@talentele.in.
- Enrollment and Payment Terms
Enrollment in any Talentele course is confirmed only upon receipt of the required fees or first installment as applicable. Course fees, EMI structures, and payment schedules are communicated at the time of admission and are subject to change without prior notice for new batches. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement at the time of enrollment. In case of EMI or installment plans, timely payment is the responsibility of the student. Delay in payment may result in restricted access to course materials or sessions.
- Course Delivery
Talentele reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, batch timings, trainers, and mode of delivery (online, offline, or hybrid) as required. Any such changes will be communicated to enrolled students in advance to the extent possible. Talentele is not liable for disruptions caused by technical issues, force majeure events, internet outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Placement Assistance
Talentele provides placement support including resume building, mock interviews, and company referrals. However, placement assistance does not constitute a guarantee of employment. Final selection and hiring decisions rest entirely with the respective employers. Talentele is not liable for any outcome of interviews or job applications.
- Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, recorded sessions, assignments, and related resources provided by Talentele are the intellectual property of Talentele. Students are not permitted to copy, share, distribute, or commercially use any course material without prior written permission from Talentele.
- Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful conduct with trainers, staff, and fellow students at all times. Any form of harassment, misconduct, or academic dishonesty may result in termination of enrollment without refund.
- Data Usage in CRM
You acknowledge and agree that your personal and course-related data may be stored and processed within Talentele’s CRM system as described in the Privacy Policy. This data may be used by authorized Talentele personnel for lead management, follow-up, enrollment tracking, and student support purposes.
- Limitation of Liability
Talentele’s liability under any circumstances shall be limited to the course fees paid by the student. Talentele shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
- Amendments
Talentele reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website at talentele.in. Continued engagement with our services following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
